Abstract:Objective To understand the current situation of community vaccination clinics in Chongming District,Shanghai,and to provide scientific basis for further rational establishment of vaccination clinics.Methods The descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the basic setup of community vaccination clinic,staff configuration,service situation,cold chain equipment and parents′ satisfaction with vaccination in Chongming District,Shanghai from January to December 2019.Results A total of 94.44% of the outpatient clinics have reached the standard of the city′s standardized outpatient clinics,and 94.44% of the vaccination outpatient clinics frequency was 2 days or more per week.Among the vaccination staff,full-time staff account for 14.48%,and the most studied professional nursing accounts for 55.86%.The number of years engaged in immunization planning was mainly ≤5 years,accounting for 78.62%,and the professional title was mainly primary,accounting for 60.69%.The average daily dose of outpatient vaccination is 67 doses; medical refrigerators mainly used in outpatient refrigerators account for 75%; parents of children very satisfied with the overall evaluation of vaccination account for 98.74%.Conclusion The community vaccination outpatient clinics in Chongming District of Shanghai can meet the needs of vaccination service in the district,but the service capacity is not strong.In the future,we should further speed up the warm and digitalizd construction of outpatient clinics and strengthen the training of talents.
