Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of intraoperative postural intervention in patients with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST).Methods A total of 108 patients who underwent ERCP+EST surgical treatments in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group (54 cases)and the observation group(54 cases)by the random number table method. In the control group, routine intervention was used, and in the observation group, postural intervention was added on the basis of the control group. The general comfort questionnaire(GCQ) scores before surgery and 6 h after surgery were compared in the two groups. The surgical operations such as preoperative posture arrangement time, operation time, and postoperative hospital stay were recorded. The incidence of complications in the two groups was calculated and compared. Results The GCQ score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In the observation group, the preoperative posture arrangement time, operation time, and postoperative hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Postural intervention for patients during ERCP and EST surgery can improve patient comfort, reduce the risk of posture-related complications, which will help to promote postoperative recovery.
