养阴益气活血方对间质性肺病患者症状改善及肺功能的影响

摘要目的探讨养阴益气活血方对间质性肺病（ILD）患者症状改善及肺功能的影响。方法选取2018年6月～2020年6月武汉市中医医院收治的80 例ILD 患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为实验组（40 例）与对照组（40 例）。对照组采用常规方案治疗，实验组在对照组基础上采用养阴益气活血方治疗，比较两组的临床治疗效果、肺功能、中医证候评分与6 min 步行试验（6MWT）结果。结果实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗后中医证候积分低于治疗前，且实验组中医证候积分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗后用力肺活量（FVC）、第1 秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）、FEV1/FVC 高于治疗前，且实验组治疗后FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC 高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗后6MWT 长于治疗前，且实验组6MWT长于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 ILD 患者采用养阴益气活血方治疗，效果显著，可改善患者的临床症状，提高患者肺功能与活动能力。

Abstract：Objective To explore effects of Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on symptom improvement and lung function in patients with interstitial lung disease(ILD).Methods A totla of 80 ILD patients who were admitted to Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases).The control group was treated with conventional regimen,and the experimental group was treated with Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.Clinical treatment effect,lung function,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and Six-minute walking test(6MWT)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Forced expiratory volume(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC in the two groups after treatment were higher than before,and FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The 6MWT of the two groups after treatment were longer than those before treatment,and the 6MWT of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ILD patients with Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Decoction,the effect is significant,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the lung function and activity of patients.
