Abstract： Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of scientific research demand of clinical medical technicians. Methods A total of 250 clinical and technical personnel in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University from July to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects. The research demand were obtained through questionnaire survey, and the items with composition ratio ≥70% were selected for analysis. Results The clinical medical technicians in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University had the requirements of time and energy, scientific research platform, scientific research design, scientific research methodology training, lack of ideas and topic selection. Age, professional title and occupation were the main influencing factors. Conclution Hospitals should start from the research training system, young talent training, discipline leaders, research time and other aspects to meet the demand of scientific research, and actively improve the level of scientific research in hospitals.
