Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing intervention in vaginal trial of scar uterus repregnancy. Methods From July 2019 to August 2020,122 cases of obstetric women with scar uterus with second pregnancy vaginal trial were selected as study subjects. They were divided into the control group(n=61)and the observation group(n=61)by random number table method.Routine nursing intervention was carried out in the control group and overall nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group. The success rate of vaginal trial delivery, total labor, postpartum hemorrhage, length of hospital stay, and postpartum complications were compared between the two groups to investigate the satisfaction degree of parturients with nursing services. Results The success rate of vaginal trial production in the observation group(86.89%)was higher than that of the control group(63.93%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group, the total labor was shorter than that of the control group, the amount of postpartum bleeding was less than that of the control group, the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group, and the postpartum total complications were lower than that of the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was 98.36%(60/61)higher than that of the control group of 83.61%(51/61),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing intervention in vaginal trial labor of scar uterus repregnancy can improving the success rate of vaginal trial labor, shorting the total labor, reducing the amount of postpartum bleeding and complications, shorting the length of hospital stay, and improving the maternal satisfaction with nursing services.
