Bakri球囊填塞防治高龄产妇产后出血的效果

摘要目的探讨Bakri球囊填塞防治高龄产妇产后出血的效果。方法选取2016年1月～2019年12月宜昌市中心人民医院收治的128例产后出血高龄产妇作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组（64例）和对照组（64例）。观察组应用Bakri球囊填塞进行防治与处理，对照组应用B-Lynch缝合方式进行防治与处理。比较两组患者的手术时间、术后出血量、术后24 h血红蛋白、住院时间、产后感染发生率、子宫复旧不良发生率及止血成功率。结果观察组的手术时间、住院时间短于对照组，术后出血量少于对照组，术后24 h血红蛋白高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者的产后感染发生率与子宫复旧不良发生率的比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组患者的止血成功率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用Bakri球囊填塞对高龄产妇产后出血情况有很好的防治效果，有助于减少产妇术后出血量和住院时间，提高止血成功率，应用安全性很高，值得广泛推广和应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Bakri balloon tamponade on postpartum hemoporrhage in elderly parturients.Methods A total of 128 elderly parturients with postpartum hemorrhage who were admitted to Yichang Central People′s Hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table,they were divided into observation group(64 cases)and control group(64 cases).The observation group was treated with Bakri balloon tamponade,while the control group was treated with B-Lynch suture.Operation time,postoperative blood loss,postoperative hemoglobin 24 h,hospitalization time,incidence of postpartum infection,incidence of uterine involution and success rate of hemostasis were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group and postoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the hemoglobin at 24 h after operation was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of postpartum infection and uterine involution between the two groups(P＞0.05).The success rate of hemostasis in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Bakri balloon tamponade has a good prevention and treatment effect on postpartum hemorrhage of elderly women,which is helpful to reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and hospital stay,improve the success rate of hemostasis,and has high application safety,which is worthy of wide popularization and application.
