Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of hypoglycemia high-risk early warning score guiding nursing in hospitalized reducing the incidence of hypoglycemia.Methods A total of 200 cases of DM inpatients treated in Ganzhou People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province from January to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random number table method,100 cases in each group.The control group was given monitoring blood glucose according to the doctor′s advice and routine nursing scheme,while the experimental group was guided by hypoglycemia high-risk early warning score on the basis of the control group.The incidence of hypoglycemia,quality of life before and after intervention and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the incidence of hypoglycemia in the experimental group(6.00%)was lower than that in the control group(26.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the scores of social function,physical function,psychological function and material life of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the experimental group(92.00%)was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hypoglycemia risk early warning score guidance nursing in diabetic inpatients can effectively reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia in hospital,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
