Clinical value of coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary CT angiography

Objective To explore the clinical value of coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary CT angiography.Methods A total of 56 patients suspected with coronary heart disease who underwent coronary artery angiography and coronary CT angiography in Guangdong Provincial People′s Hospital Zhuhai Hospital (Zhuhai Golden Bay Central Hospital) from April 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The positive results, the diagnosis of coronary stenosis and the results of the two methods were compared, and the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were observed.Results The tested positive of coronary CT angiography were 105 counts, tested positive of coronary artery angiography were 95 counts, anastomosis positive rate was 87.3% (83/95), two grade stricture coincidence rate of coronary CT angiography was 55.6% (5/9), three grade stricture coincidence rate was 88.9% (32/36), four grade stricture coincidence rate was 91.3% (42/46), five grade stricture coincidence rate was 100.0% (4/4).Coronary angiography result was 100% standard, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value of two inspection modes were compared, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in negative predictive value of two inspection modes (P>0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis coronary heart disease by coronary artery angiography and coronary CT angiography have no obviously difference, repeatability is good, which could be important method of coronary heart disease screening, it has certain clinical value.
