Abstract:Objective To explore the preventive effect of predictive nursing on adverse events of scalp vein infusion in children. Methods From July 2018 to August 2019,102 children with scalp vein infusion treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University were selected and divided into observation group (51 cases) and control group (51 cases) by drawing lots. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given predictive care. After the intervention, the incidence of adverse events of infusion and the nursing satisfaction of the family members of the two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of infusion adverse events in the observation group (5.88%) was lower than that in the control group (21.57%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);after the intervention, the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group (96.08%) was higher than that in the control group (82.35%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of predictive nursing measures for children with scalp vein transfusion can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events during the infusion process, improve the nursing satisfaction of the children′s family members, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
