Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of early warning safety mechanism on the prevention of adverse events of jaundiceneonates with blue light irradiation. Methods A total of 166 children with jaundice in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by sealed envelope method, 83 cases in each group. The control group was given routine neonatal nursing, while the observation group was given early warning safety mechanism intervention based on the above nursing basis. The clinical effect of the two groups after intervention was observed, and the nursing risks of the two groups were counted. The incidents occurred, and the nursing satisfaction of the family members of the two groups was investigated. Results The total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was 95.18%, higher than 84.34% in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05); the total incidence of adverse nursing risk events in the observation group was 28.92%, lower than 89.16% in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05); the nursing total satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was 96.39%, higher than 87.95% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Early warning safety mechanism intervention can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of neonates with jaundice illuminated by blue light, and has a certain preventive effect on nursing adverse events. The nursing satisfaction of children′s family members is high.
