早期整形手术治疗手部Ⅱ、Ⅲ度烧伤的效果

摘要目的探讨早期整形手术治疗手部Ⅱ、Ⅲ度烧伤的效果。方法选取江西省鹰潭市第三医院2016年5月-2019年5月收治的60 例手部Ⅱ、Ⅲ度烧伤患者作为研究对象，按照单双号分组法分为对照组（30 例）和观察组（30 例）。对照组采用延期修复治疗，观察组采用早期整形手术治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果、并发症总发生率、疼痛评分、焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的疼痛评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的SAS、SDS 评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论手部烧伤患者接受早期整形手术治疗，可以提高患者的治疗效果，降低患者的并发症发生率，缓解患者的疼痛程度和焦虑、抑郁心理，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of early plastic surgery in the treatment of hand Ⅱand Ⅲdegree burns. Methods A total of 60 patients with hand Ⅱand Ⅲdegree burns who were treated in Third Hospital of Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province from May 2016 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects, they were divided into the control group (30 cases) and the observation group (30 cases) according to the single and double grouping method.The control group was treated with delayed repair, the observation group was treated with early plastic surgery. The clinical effect, total incidence of complications, pain score, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-depressing scale(SDS) scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Early plastic surgery for hand burn patients can improve the treatment effect, reduce the incidence of complications, relieve the degree of pain, anxiety and depression,which is worthy of clinical application.
