Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of smartphone-based continuous management in stroke (CAV)patients combined with diabetes mellitus (DM).Methods A total of 110 cases of CAV patients combined with DM treated in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from January to December 2018 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,55 cases in each group. The control group was given routine management after discharge. The observation group was adopted the continuous management mode based on smartphone. After 3 months, the patients′ neurological function recovery, daily living ability and blood glucose control were compared. Results The neurological function score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the daily living ability score was higher than that of the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose (Glu),2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin (GHb) levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous management for CAV patients combined with DM promotes the recovery of neurological function and improves the living ability of patients, and facilitates the control and stability of blood glucose, with significant effect.
