Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence factors of coronary artery disease (CAD).Methods A total of 1068 consecutive patients were enrolled in the Shihezi Municipal People Hospital from August 2017 and December 2019.According to the angiography results, they were divided into CAD group (651 cases) and non-CAD group (417 cases). The biochemical characteristics and ABO blood types were analyzed, multipal factors were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis. Results Univariate analysis showed that compared with the non-CAD group, the male, age, smoking, hypertension, diabetes, and body mass index levels of the CAD group were higher than those of the non-CAD group, the HDL cholesterol level was lower than that of the non-CAD group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the differences in the prevalence of coronary heart disease between different blood types were statistically significant(P<0.05), of which the prevalence of coronary heart disease in blood type A was higher than other blood types, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total cholesterol, triacylglycerol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol between the two groups were not statistically significant (P >0.05).Multivariate binary Logistic regression analysis showed that, blood type A (β=0.20, OR=1.22, 95%CI=1.08-1.36), male (β=0.70, OR=2.02, 95%CI=1.31-2.73), age(β=0.39, OR=1.48, 95%CI=1.14-1.82), smoking (β=0.75, OR=2.11, 95%CI=1.68-2.54), diabetes (β=1.30,OR=3.66,95%CI= 2.38-4.94), body mass index (β=0.03, OR=1.03, 95%CI=1.01-1.05) were the risk factors for coronary heart disease(P<0.05), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (β=-0.31, OR=0.73, 95%CI=0.54-0.92) was a protective factor for coronary heart disease(P<0.05).Conclusions The present study indicates that the blood type A,male, age, smoking, diabetes, body mass index may be risk factors for CAD, HDL-C may be a protective factor for CAD.
