Abstract：Objective To explore the Influencing factors of prognosis of patients with acquired immune deficiency syndrome combined with perianal abscess.Methods A total of 60 patients with acquired immune deficiency syndrome complicated with perianal abscess admitted to the Ninth Hospital of Nanchang from May 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 60 patients with a simple perianal abscess without acquired immune deficiency syndrome admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the same period were selected as the control group.The prognosis of the two groups was compared,and the influencing factors of the prognosis of acquired immune deficiency syndrome patients with perianal abscess were analyzed.Results The incidence of poor prognosis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that older age,the number of CD4+cells ＜150 cells/μL,no acceptance antiviral treatment,high level of white blood cell count(WBC),high level of interleukin-6(IL-6)and high level of interleukin-10 (IL-10)were the influencing factors of poor prognosis in acquired immune deficiency syndrome patients with perianal abscess(OR＞1,P＜0.05).Conclusion Acquired immune deficiency syndrome patients with perianal abscess have a higher incidence of poor prognosis,older age,and number of CD4+cells ＜150 cells/μL no perianal abscess,high WBC level,high IL-6 level and high IL-10 level are acquired immune deficiency syndrome Influencing factors for the poor prognosis of patients with perianal abscess.The clinical should pay attention to the above factors and actively give corresponding intervention measures to improve the prognosis.
