Abstract:Objective To explore application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on laparoscopic indirect inguinal hernia repair in children. Methods A total of 80 children with indirect inguinal hernia in our hospital from November 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects, the patients were divided into two groups by random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine nursing intervention, and the comprehensive group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The changes of clinical indicators, parents′ satisfaction with nursing and the incidence of complications between the two groups were compared. Results The bleeding volume of children in the comprehensive group was less than that in the routine group, and the operation time, anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of parents in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the routine group, the total incidence of complications in the comprehensive group was less than that in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic indirect inguinal hernia repair in children with comprehensive nursing interventions can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, shorten the operation time, anal exhaust time and hospitalization time, improve parents′ nursing satisfaction, reduce complications.
