Abstract：Medical risks are affected by factors such as personnel behavior, hospital systems, procedures, drugs, equipment, and environmental facilities, and are present in the entire process of patient visits.This paper focused on the current status and explored the problems of medical risk identification, and applied information technology to monitor and identify medical risks, and internal control inspections and external observations to identify medical risks.Through the practice of early identification of medical risks, explore ways to perfect the content of specialized medical risk identification, improve the ability to recognize or identify risks, and strive to achieve early detection and intervention of medical risks, ensure medical safety, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of hospitals.
