Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of Xinkeshu Tablets on anxiety and life quality after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for coronary heart disease patients.Methods A total of 82 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects, according to random number table methods, all patients were divided into the routine group (41 cases) and the test group (41 cases).Patients in the routine group were treated with routine therapy, while patients in the test group were treated with routine therapy and Xinkeshu Tablets.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) before medication, 4 weeks after medication and 12 weeks after medication were compared between the two groups, and the quality of life scores of the two groups before and after 12 weeks of medication were observed.Results After 4 weeks and 12 weeks of medication, the SAS scores in the test group were lower than those in the routine group(P＜0.05).After 12 weeks of medication, the scores of social competence, physiological function, mental health, physiological competence, motivation of life, role emotional, bodily pain and overall scores in the test group were higher than those in the routine group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of Xinkeshu Tablets in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI can improve their anxiety level, improve their quality of life, and play a certain clinical application effect.
