Clinical effect of catheter thrombolysis combined with pressure thrombolysis via dorsalis pedis artery of foot and superficial vein of the affected limb in the treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of catheter thrombolysis combined with pressure thrombolysis via dorsalis pedis artery of foot and superficial vein of the affected limb in the treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (DVT).Methods From February 2016 to May 2018, 100 patients with DVT admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group (n=50) and the control group (n=50) according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with dorsalis pedis vein combined with lower extremity venous compression thrombolysis,the observation group was treated with catheter thrombolysis combined with pressure thrombolysis via dorsalis pedis artery and superficial vein of the affected limb.The peripheral diameter difference of thigh and calf(20 cm above and 15 cm below the patella), the changes of D-Dimer (D-D), clinical treatment effect and complications of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment, the differences of peripheral diameter of thigh and leg in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P＜0.05).The peak of D-D concentration in the observation group appeared on the first day of the treatment, the peak of D-D concentration in the control group appeared on the third day.The concentrations of D-D in the observation group on the 3rd, 5th and 7th days were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significances (P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than that in the control group (80.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.00%, which was lower than that in the control group (16.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Catheter thrombolysis combined with pressure thrombolysis via dorsalis pedis artery and superficial vein of the affected limb has obvious effect and high clinical value.
