Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive pain nursing mode on the pain of children with indirect inguinal hernia. Methods A total of 60 children with indirect inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects, they were divided control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30) by the method of random comprehensive balance. The control group adopted the routine nursing method, and the observation group implemented the comprehensive pain nursing mode. The visual analogue scale (VAS) score, heart rate, blood pressure and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group; the heart rate and blood pressure level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group; the total incidence of complications such as scrotal swelling and abdominal distention of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing mode in children with indirect inguinal hernia can effectively relieve pain, improve heart rate and blood pressure, and reduce complications.
