Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention combined with equal length anti resistance exercise on blood glucose level and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).Methods A total of 120 patients with GDM admitted to our hospital from May to December 2019 were selected as research objects.According to random number table method, they were divided into control group (n=60) and observation group(n=60).The control group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention, and the observation group adopted comprehensive intervention combined with equal length anti resistance exercise nursing intervention. The blood glucose level and pregnancy outcomes in the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c)was (5.68±1.02)%, blood glucose 2 hours after meal (2 h PG) was (5.59±0.88) mmol/L, fasting blood sugar (FPG) was(4.39±0.55) mmol/L, total incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes (11.67%) and perinatal period the total incidence of complications (1.67%) were lower than those of HbA1c for (6.90±1.28)%, 2 h PG for (7.48±1.33) mmol/L, FPG for(5.20±0.63) mmol/L, total incidence adverse outcome of newborn (41.67%) and perinatal complications (15.00%) in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with GDM who are given equal length anti resistance exercise nursing combined with comprehensive nursing intervention, the pregnancy outcome is effectively improved, and the application value is higher.
