共情式心理干预对宫颈癌患者负性情绪和治疗依从性的影响研究

摘要目的研究共情式心理干预对宫颈癌患者负面情绪和治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2018年3月～2019年9月到我院就诊的82 例宫颈癌患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各41 例。对照组实施常规心理护理，观察组实施共情式心理干预。记录并比较两组护理前及护理后1 个月的负面情绪[宗氏焦虑量表（SAS）评分、宗氏抑郁量表（SDS）评分]、治疗总依从性及护理总满意度。结果观察组护理后的SAS、SDS 评分低于护理前及对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的总依从性为95.1%，高于对照组的78.1%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理总满意度为97.56%，高于对照组的82.93%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论共情式心理干预可有效改善宫颈癌患者负面情绪，提升患者的治疗依从性，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To study the influence of empathic psychological intervention on negative emotion and treatment compliance of cervical cancer patients.Methods A total of 82 cases of cervical cancer patients who visited our hospital from March 2018 to September 2019 were selected as study subjects, they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine psychological nursing and the observation group received empathic psychological intervention.Negative mood (Zung′s anxiety scale score [SAS], Zung′s depression scale score [SDS]) before nursing and 1 month after nursing, total treatment compliance and the total nursing satisfaction degree were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group and before nursing, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The total compliance of the observation group was 95.1%, higher than that of the control group (78.1%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group was 97.56%, which was higher than 82.93% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Empathic psychological intervention can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients with cervical cancer, enhance the treatment compliance of patients, and can be popularized in clinical.
