舒适护理预防宫腔镜检查术患者应激反应的应用价值探讨

摘要目的探讨舒适护理在预防宫腔镜检查术患者应激反应的应用效果。方法选取2018 年4 月至2019 年4 月于吉安市妇幼保健院宫腔镜检查的106 例患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组（53 例）和观察组（53 例）。对照组采取常规护理，观察组实施舒适护理。比较两组检查前和检查10 min 后的生理[血压（BP）、心率（HR）、肾上腺素（AD）、去甲肾上腺素（NE）]和心理应激反应[焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）]水平。结果干预前两组的生理、心理应激反应比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。观察组干预后的SBP 为（137.03±15.19）mmHg、DBP 为（88.13±6.29）mmHg、HR 为（80.21±10.28）次/min、AD 为（90.05±10.04）pmol/L、NE 为（160.32±18.41）pmol/L，低于对照组的（146.35±15.84）mmHg、（95.37±6.54）mmHg、（93.18±10.35）次/min、（102.33±12.18）pmol/L、（172.65±18.94）pmol/L，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组干预后的 SAS 为（26.98±4.57）分、SDS 为（25.13±3.26）分，低于对照组的（35.17±4.63）分、（30.16±3.37）分，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论舒适护理能降低宫腔镜检查患者生理、心理应激反应，减轻患者的消极情绪，有效保障患者安全。

Abstract： Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing on preventing stress response in patients undergoing hysteroscopy. Methods A total of 106 patients who underwent hysteroscopy in the Ji′an Maternity and Child Health Hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into the control group (n=53) and the observation group (n=53) by random number table method. Patients in the control group were provided with routine care, and patients in the observation group were provided with comfortable nursing. The physiological indicators such as blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR), adrenaline (AD), norepinephrine (NE) and psychological stress response such as self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) of the two groups were compared before and 10 min after examination. Results There were no statistically significant difference in the physiological and psychological stress response between the two groups before the intervention (P＞0.05). After intervention in the observation group, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure （DBP）, HR, AD, and NE were (137.03±15.19) mmHg, (88.13±6.29) mmHg, (80.21±10.28) beats/min, (90.05±10.04) pmol/L and (160.32±18.41) pmol/L, all lower than those of the control group of (146.35±15.84) mmHg, (95.37±6.54) mmHg, (93.18±10.35) beats/min, (102.33±12.18) pmol/L, (172.65±18.94) pmol/L, with statistical differences (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after intervention were (26.98±4.57) points and (25.13±3.26) points, lower than those of the control group of(35.17±4.63) points and (30.16±3.37) points respectively, with statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing can reduce the physiological and psychological stress response of patients undergoing hysteroscopy, relieve patients′negative emotions, and effectively ensure patients′safety.
