Abstract:Objective To study the effect of ultrasound-guided transverse fascia block on postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from June 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into experimental group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group received general anesthesia for surgery, and the experimental group underwent ultrasoundguided transverse abdominal fascia plane block combined with general anesthesia for surgery, the analgesic effect and stress response of the two groups were compared. Results The visual analog scale (VAS) score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at 6, 12 and 24 h after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of cortisol (Cor), adrenocorticotropin (ACTH) and adrenalin (A) in the two groups after operation were higher than those before operation, while the levels of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were lower than those before operation, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Cor, ACTH and A levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, while GSH-Px levels were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients undergoing endoscopic surgery, ultrasound-guided transverse abdominal fascia plane block combined with general anesthesia has better postoperative analgesic effect and significantly reduces postoperative stress response compared with traditional general anesthesia.
