舒适护理在阑尾炎手术患者中的效果及并发症率观察

摘要目的探讨舒适护理在阑尾炎手术患者中的效果及并发症观察。方法选取2017 年9 月至2019 年9 月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院收治的66 例阑尾炎手术患者作为研究对象，按照动态随机分组方法分为对照组（33例）与观察组（33 例）。对照组采用常规护理干预方法，观察组采用舒适护理干预方法。比较两组的症状改善情况及并发症情况。结果护理前，两组的（SCL-90）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后，观察组的SCL-90 评分低于对照组，且两组的SCL-90 评分低于护理前，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论舒适护理在阑尾炎手术患者的效果显著，不但能改善患者的心理状态，还能改善患者症状，降低并发症发生，具有较高的临床价值和应用价值。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing in patients with appendicitis. Methods A total of 66 patients who underwent appendicitis surgery in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the dynamic random grouping method,they were divided into the control group (33 cases) and the observation group (33 cases). The control group used routine nursing intervention method and the observation group used comfort nursing intervention method. The improvement of symptoms and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in SCL-90 scores between the two groups (P＞0.05). After nursing, the symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the SCL-90 scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of comfort nursing in patients with appendicitis surgery is significant. It can not only improve the psychological state of patients, but also improve the symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of complications. It has high clinical value and application value.
