Abstract：Objective To compare the application effect of anesthesia nursing and routine nursing in operating room in surgical nursing.Methods From May 2018 to April 2019, 200 patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and divided into experimental group (n=100) and control group (n=100) by random assignment.The control group adopted the routine nursing plan, the experimental group adopted the anesthesia nursing in the operating room, the clinical application effect of the experimental group and the control group were compared.Results The nursing total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the scores of self rating depression scale (SDS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and emotional rating scale (HADS) of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Anesthesia nursing in surgical patients can not only improve patients′ nursing satisfaction, but also reduce the tension to the greatest extent.The nursing method is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
