Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Aripiprazole in the treatment of epileptic mental disorders. Methods From January to December in 2018,60 epileptic patients with mental disorders were selected as the research objects, and divided into experimental group and control group according to the dice rolling method, each had 30 cases. The control group was treated with Perphenazine and the experimental group with Aripiprazole. The clinical efficacy, positive and negative symptoms scale (PANSS) score,mini-mental tate examination scale (MMSE) score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score,Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and quality of life score of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PANSS between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of general psychopathology, positive symptoms, negative symptoms and total scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of MMSE and quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of HAMA and HAMD were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole is more effective in the treatment of mental disorders caused by epilepsy, and it can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients, improve the mental state and mental state of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
