Objective To study the application effect of early warning intervention nursing on neonatal jaundice. Methods Altogether 80 cases of neonatal jaundice treated in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the simple random method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine jaundice nursing, and the observation group was given early warning intervention nursing based on the control group. The jaundice risk degree and bilirubin level of the two groups were compared. The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events of parents in the two groups were studied. Results Before the intervention, there were no statically significant differences in bilirubin level and risk degree score between the two groups (P>0.05);after intervention for 5 days, the bilirubin level and risk degree scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention;the bilirubin level and risk degree scores of observation group were lower than those of control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05);after intervention for 5 days, the total satisfaction degree of family members of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of the early warning mechanism and corresponding nursing can improve the symptoms of jaundice newborn babies and promote the recovery of jaundice effectively, which has significant nursing effect and clinical value.
