Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Levodopa combined with Pramipexole in the treatment of Parkinson′s disease with dementia. Methods From January 2017 to December 2018, 100 patients with Parkinson′s disease with dementia were selected as the study subjects, which were divided into control group (50 cases) and study group (50 cases) according to the method of random drawing lots. The control group was treated with Levodopa, and the study group was treated with Levodopa combined with Pramipexole. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) scores before and after treatment of the two groups were compared, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of HAMD and HAMA of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Levodopa combined with Pramipexole in patients with Parkinson′s disease with dementia can effectively improve their psychological status,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, the therapeutic effect is remarkable. It has important value.
