左冠脉前降支及右冠脉严重狭窄的Wellens综合征1例报道并文献复习

摘要本文报道1 例左冠脉前降支及右冠脉严重狭窄的Wellens 综合片，通过查阅文献，探讨了具有高危风险的Wellens 综合片的有效识别和及时救治方案。Wellens 综合片具有特片性的心电图T 波对称性深倒置或正负双向性改变或演变，而且这些心电图特片性改变可能与临床症状不一致，导致临床工作中极易漏诊、误诊。医联体和区域胸痛中心的建设，以及及时有效进行多学科合作，能做到早诊断，及时再灌注治疗。

Abstract：This paper reports a case of Wellens syndrome with severe stenosis of left anterior descending coronary artery and right coronary artery. Through consulting the literature，the effective identification and timely treatment of Wellens syndrome with high risk are discussed. Wellens syndrome has characteristic electrocardiogram (ECG) T wave symmetry deep inversion or positive and negative bidirectional change or evolution，and these characteristics of ECG may not be consistent with clinical symptoms，which can easily lead to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. The construction of medical association and regional chest pain center，and timely，effective multi-disciplinary cooperation can achieve early diagnosis and timely reperfusion treatment.
