冠心丹参滴丸对不稳定型心绞痛患者疗效及血清一氧化氮、白细胞介素-6的影响

摘要目的观察冠心丹参滴丸对不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及血清一氧化氮（NO）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）含量的影响。方法选取2014年1月～2017年1月于宁阳县第一人民医院就诊的217例患者作为研究对象，按照随机分组的方法分为治疗组（122例）与对照组（95例）。治疗组采用基础治疗+冠心丹参滴丸治疗，对照组采用基础治疗方法。比较两组治疗前后西雅图心绞痛量表评分（SAQ）、加拿大心血管病学会评分（CCS）及血清中NO、IL-6含量的变化。结果治疗前，两组患者的SAQ评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗14、21、28 d后，两组患者的SAQ评分均高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗14、21、28 d后的SAQ评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗前的CCS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组患者治疗14、21、28 d后的CCS评分低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗14、21、28 d后的CCS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组治疗21、28 d后的NO含量高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗14、21、28 d后的IL-6含量低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组的NO含量与SAQ评分成正相关（r=0.68，P=0.01），IL-6含量与SAQ评分成负相关（r=-0.55，P=0.02）。结论冠心丹参滴丸能改善心绞痛的疗效，提高生活质量，其机制可能与改善内皮功能、降低IL-6含量有关。

Abstract：Objective To observe the influence of Guanxin Danshen Dropping Pills on the curative effect and nitric oxide and interleukin-6 content in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods All of 217 patients treated in the First People′s Hospital of Ningyang County from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the treatment group(122 cases)and control group(95 cases)according to the random grouping method.The treatment group was treated with basic treatment and Guanxin Danshen Dropping Pills,while the control group was treated with basic treatment.The changes of the seattle angina scale(SAQ),the Canadian cardiovascular society score (CCS),and the levels of NO and IL-6 were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SAQ score in patients between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14,21 and 28 days of treatment,the SAQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,with significant differences(P<0.05);after 14,21 and 28 days of treatment,the SAQ score of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the CCS score in patients between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the CCS scores of the two groups after 14,21 and 28 days of treatment were lower than those before treatment,with significant differences(P<0.05);the CCS score of the treatment group after 14,21 and 28 days of treatment was lower than that of the control group,with significant differences (P<0.05).The NO content in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group after 21,28 days of treatment,with significant differences (P<0.05),and the IL-6 content in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after 14,21 and 28 days of treatment,with significant differences(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between NO content and SAQ score(r=0.68,P=0.01),and a negative correlation between IL-6 content and SAQ score(r=-0.55,P=0.02).Conclusion Guanxin Danshen Dropping Pills can improve the curative effect of angina pectoris and the quality of life.Its mechanism may be related to improving endothelial function and reducing the content of IL-6.
