Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of predictive nursing to prevent deep vein thrombosis (DVT) after lower extremity fracture. Methods A total of 100 patients with lower extremity fractures admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n=50).The control group adopted the general routine nursing method after the operation of lower limb fracture. The observation group adopted the predictive nursing method on the basis of general routine nursing. The effect of the velocity of lower extremity venous blood flow before and after surgery and total satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The venous blood flow velocity of the lower limbs of the observation group was faster than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing has a significant effect in preventing the formation of DVT in patients with lower extremity fractures, and the patient′s satisfaction with the nursing has also improved, which has certain promotion value.
