Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of predictive health education in outpatient dressing change nursing.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018, 120 outpatient dressing change nursing were selected as the research objects, according to the method of the double chromospheres, they were divided into control group (n=60)and observation group (n=60).The control group used conventional nursing methods outpatient treatment, observation group used predictive health education on the basis of the control group.The self-care ability score, total incidence of complications and total nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results After nursing, the self-care ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group (3.3%) was lower than that in the control group(16.7%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group(95.0%) was higher than that of the control group (78.3%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Applying predictive health education in outpatient dressing changing nursing can improve patients′ self-care ability and nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications through health education guidance.
