阿法骨化醇软胶囊联合雷洛昔芬治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床效果

摘要 [摘要]目的探讨阿法骨化醇软胶囊联合雷洛昔芬治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法选取2015年5月～2017年5月南昌市洪都中医院收治的100例绝经后骨质疏松症患者为研究对象，根据计算机随机化法分为两组，每组各50例。对照组接采用盐酸雷洛昔芬口服治疗，实验组采用阿法骨化醇胶囊联合雷洛昔芬治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、骨强度、骨代谢标志物含量、不良反应发生情况等。结果实验组的总有效率较高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗后的骨强度相关指标水平均高于治疗前，且实验组治疗后的骨强度相关指标水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗后的各骨代谢标志物含量均低于治疗前，且实验组治疗后的各骨代谢标志物含量低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组的不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论阿法骨化醇软胶囊联合雷洛昔芬治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床效果较好。

Abstract：[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules combined with Raloxifene in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods A total of 100 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis admitted to Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanchang City from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected and they were divided into the two groups according to computer randomization method.Each group had 50 cases.The control group was given Raloxifene Hydrochloride orally.The experimental group was given Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules combined with Raloxifene.The therapeutic effect,bone strength,bone metabolic markers and the inciedence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of bone strength related indicators in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of bone strength related indicators in the experimental group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of bone metabolic markers in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of bone metabolic markers in the experimental group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules combined with Raloxifene in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis is better.
