Abstract:[Abstract]Objective To investigate the influence of needle knife loosening vertebral occipital muscle combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on hemodynamics in patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods Seventy patients with vertebral-artery cervical vertebrae treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected. They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35).In the control group,Western medicine for blood vessels dilation was used, while in the observation group, needle knife loosening vertebral occipital muscle combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy was adopted. The clinical treatment effect between the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The hemodynamic parameters of the observation group were obviously better than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Needle knife loosening vertebral occipital muscle combined with hyperbaric oxygen treating cervical spondylosis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,so that hemodynamic indicators gradually return to normal, which help patients to recover health as soon as possible.
