Abstract：Objective To study the application effect of cosmetic suturing in emergency skin soft tissue injury.Methods A total of 40 patients with skin soft tissue injury in emergency treated in our hospital from February to July in 2018 were selected as the subjects,and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the conventional debridement and suturing methods,and the research group was treated with the cosmetic suturing methods.The suturing effect,wound healing conditions and patients′total satisfaction were compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group(95.0%)was significantly higher than control group (80.0%)(P＜0.05).The wound healing time in the research group was (6.42±1.35)d,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group ([7.68±1.84]d)(P＜0.05).The total adverse event rate in the research group(15.0%)was significantly lower than that in the control group (40.0%)(P＜0.05).The patients′total satisfaction in the research group(90.0%)was significantly higher than control group(75.0%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion The cosmetic suturing can remarkably increase the suturing effect,shorten the wound healing time,reduce the adverse event rate and meet the patients′aesthetic demands.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
