Abstract:Objective To analyze the relationship between visual acuity,arc spot area and axial length of macular lesions in patients with high myopia.Methods From March 2017 to March 2018,100 patients with high myopia were selected as object of study;and the determination of high myopia fundus lesions,the observation and calculation of arc plaque morphology,and the detection of arc plaque type were performed.The relationship between visual acuity,arc spot area and axial length and macular degeneration.Results The results of this study showed that the visual acuity was negatively correlated with macular degeneration(r=-0.597).The lower the visual acuity level,the more serious the macular lesion was.The larger the arc-shaped macular area,the more serious the macular lesion was.The two were positively correlated (r=0.611).The longer the eye axis was,the more serious the macular lesion was,the two were positively correlated (r=0.587),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The visual acuity,arc spot area and axial length of patients with high myopia are significantly correlated with macular degeneration.It can be used as an important index to evaluate,analyze and prevent high myopia macular degeneration.
