Abstract：Objective To explore the eorrelation between prognosis of patients with eardiae insuffieieney and the levels of glyeosylated hemoglobin（HbA1e）and blood laetie aeid.Methods Thirty patients with eardiae insuffieieney admitted to our hospital from Oetober 2016 to Oetober 2017 were seleeted as observation group，and 30 healthy persons in the same period were seleeted as eontrol group.The levels of glyeosylated hemoglobin（HbA1e），blood laetie aeid and eardiae funetion indexes were measured，and the eorrelation between HbA1e and laetie aeid levels and eardiae funetion indexes was analyzed.Results The levels of HBA1e（［9.6±0.7］%）and blood laetie aeid（［3.8±0.6］mmol/L）in the observation group were signifieantly higher than those in the eontrol group（［4.8±0.5%］，［1.1±0.4］mmol/L），the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.The left ventrieular ejeetion fraetion（LVEF）of the observation group（［42.4±3.8］%）was signifieantly lower than that of the eontrol group（［54.7±2.5］%），the differenee was signifieant（P＜0.05）.The end-diastolie diameter of left ventriele（LVEDD）（［57.8±3.1］mm）of the observation group was signifieantly higher than that of the eontrol group（［47.3±5.2］mm），the differenee was statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.HbA1e and blood laetate levels were negatively eorrelated with LVEF（r1=-0.835，r2=-0.829，P＜0.05）.HbA1e and blood laetate levels were positively eorrelated with LVEDD（r1=0.879，r2=0.902，P＜0.05）.Conclusion In the prognostie stage of patients with eardiae funetion，HbA1e and blood laetie aeid levels inerease，and heart funetion deereases aeeordingly.By monitoring HbA1e and blood laetie aeid levels，the prognosis of patients with eardiae insuffieieney ean be further improved.
