Abstract：]Objective To evaluate the clinical value of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG)and progesterone in the diagnosis of early threatened abortion.Methods A total of 120 cases of suspected early threatened abortion treated in the outpatient department of our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study object and set as the observation group.While 120 healthy pregnant women admitted to our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Dynamic monitoring of serum HCG and progesterone levels were performed in both groups to compare the differences between the two groups.Results The levels of serum HCG and progesterone in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of HCG combined with progesterone in the diagnosis of early threatened abortion were significantly higher than those of progesterone and HCG alone(P＜0.05).Conclusion Dynamic combined monitoring of serum HCG and progesterone levels in pregnant women is helpful to predict early threatened abortion and prognosis of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
