Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of clustering nursing intervention after interventional therapy for massive hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 60 patients receiving nterventional therapy for massive hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to their admission time,30 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were given clustering nursing intervention,and patients in the control group were given routine nursing.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in psychological status score between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).After intervention,the scores of psychological status in the observation group were significantly improved,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of clustering nursing intervention after interventional therapy for massive hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis is significant,which can effectively relieve the patients mental tension and improve their quality of life.
