Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing model on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH) after intervertebral foramen endoscopy.MethodsA total of 60 patients with LDH treated by foraminoscopy in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random touching method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive post-operative nursing.The prognostic effects and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the psychological status between the two groups (P＞0.05);after nursing,the anxiety and depression score of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive post-operative nursing for patients with LDH treated by intervertebral foramen endoscopy can reduce complications,improve prognosis and psychological status,and has clinical application value.
