艾灸联合蒙脱石散、双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床效果

摘要目的探讨艾灸联合蒙脱石散、双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月～2018年5月我院收治的116例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿作为研究对象，按照随机偶数奇数法将其分为对照组（58例）和治疗组（58例）。对照组患儿单独应用蒙脱石散、双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗，治疗组患儿采用艾灸联合蒙脱石散、双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗。比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果及临床症状消失时间。结果治疗组患儿的治疗总有效率为96.6%，显著高于对照组的82.8%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组患儿的止吐时间、止泻时间均显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患儿的脱水症状消失时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论艾灸联合蒙脱石散、双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎效果良好，可有效促进病情恢复，具有临床采纳和借鉴意义。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with Montmorillonite Powder and Bifidobacterium Triple Live Bacteria Powder in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis.Methods A total of 116 cases of children with rotavirus enteritis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the control group(58 cases)and the treatment group(58 cases)according to the random even/odd method.The control group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder and Bifidobacterium Triple Live Bacteria Powder alone,and the treatment group was treated with moxibustion combined with Montmorillonite Powder and Bifidobacterium Triple Live Bacteria Powder.The clinical treatment effect and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 96.6%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for 82.8%,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The antiemetic time and antidiarrhea time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the disappearance time of dehydration symptom between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with Montmorillonite Powder and Bifidobacterium Triple Live Bacteria Powder has a good effect in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis,which can effectively promote the recovery of the disease,with clinical application and reference significance.
