Research progress on pulmonary manifestations of inflammatory bowel disease

Abstract：Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a chronic nonspecific inflammatory disease of the intestinal tract.Its extra-intestinal manifestations are complicated and varied with multiple systems involved.Pulmonary manifestations, as one of the types, are not common and are easily ignored in clinical work.The pulmonary manifestations of IBD mainly include subclinical changes, drug-related pulmonary lesions and non-drug-induced pulmonary lesions.This article reviews the research progress of pulmonary manifestations of IBD in order to understand IBD more comprehensively and guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
