Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gynecological malignant tumor undergoing hyperthermic intra peritoneal chemotherapy

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gynecological malignant tumor undergoing hyperthermic intra peritoneal chemotherapy.Methods From September 2015 to July 2017, 112 cases of gynecological malignant tumor who were hospitalized in the the second area of department of gynaecology in our hospital for hyperthermic intra peritoneal chemotherapy were selected as subjects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, 56 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing methods, on the basis of nursing care, the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention.The changes of anxiety and depression before and after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups, and the occurrence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention was applied to patients′ with gynecological malignant tumor undergoing hyperthermic intra peritoneal chemotherapy.It can not only improve the patients′ anxiety and depression, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, but also improve the patients′ satisfaction with nursing and effectively promote the recovery of patients which is worth promoting.
