Abstract:Objective To observe the microbiological culture and drug sensitivity test results and provide the clinical treatment basis in mucopurulent cervicitis (MPC) patients. Methods A total of 178 MPC patients treated from March 2017 to April 2018 in our hospital were selected. The vaginal secretion was obtained to culture the microorganism, observe the infection conditions, conduct the drug sensitivity and analyze its drug resistance of major pathogenic bacteria. Results Among 178 samples, 118 positive pathogenic bacteria were discovered (66.29%), during the pathogenic culture, there were 31 strains of gram-negative bacteria (26.27%), 59 strains of gram-positive bacteria (50.00%) and 28 strains of fungus (23.73%).The infection rate of gram-positive bacteria in MPC patients was higher than that of fungi and gram-negative bacteria (χ2=14.825,χ2=11.934,P<0.05).The common bacteria of Streptococcus agalactiae, Enterococcus faecalis, Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae accounted for 19.49%, 16.95%, 15.25% and 11.02%, respectively. The gram-positive bacteria had a high sensitivity on Daptomycin, Linezolid and Vancomycin; the gram-negative bacteria had a high sensitivity on Meropenem, Imipenem, Amikacin, Penicillin and Ampicillin. Conclusion The bacterial infection is dominated in the microbiological culture and gram-positive bacteria in the pathogenic culture. The common pathogenic bacteria are composed of Enterococcus faecalis, Streptococcus agalactiae and Escherichia coli.
