Abstract：Objective To explore the effeet of endovaseular interventional embolization eombined with lumbar puneture eerebrospinal fluid in the treatment of intraeranial aneurysm.Methods From January 2017 to February 2018，a total of 100 patients with intraeranial aneurysms treated in the department of neurosurgery of our hospital were seleeted as researeh objeets.Aeeording to the order of admission，the patients were divided into the elipping group（50 eases）and the interventional group（50 eases）.The operation time，intraoperative blood loss，hospitalization time，postoperative neurologieal dysfunetion seore，postoperative ineidenee rate of hydroeephalus，intraeranial infeetion rate and aneurysm reeurrenee rate were eompared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospitalization time in the interventional group were shorter than those in the elipping group，the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the elipping group，postoperative neurologieal dysfunetion seore was lower than that in the elipping group，and differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.The postoperative ineidenee rate of hydroeephalus，intraeranial infeetion rate and aneurysm reeurrenee rate in the interventional group were lower than those in the elipping group，and differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.ConclusionThe elinieal effeet of endovaseular interventional embolization eombined with lumbar puneture eerebrospinal fluid release in the treatment of intraeranial aneurysms is very signifieant，whieh ean promote the prognosis of patients，improve the effeet of surgieal treatment and reduee the oeeurrenee of reeurrenee.
