Abstract：Objective To explore the eurative effeet and advantage of euring the disease of aeeumulation andstagnation in ehildren，analysis and observation of the ehanges in the eondition after the treatment of ehildren with stagnation fever by using the seraping method as an auxiliary treatment was studied.The researeh results provides seientifie evidenee for euring the ehildren′disease by traditional Chinese medieine.Methods A total of 200 siek ehildren of aeeumulation and stagnationg admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to Deeember 2016 were seleeted as subjeets.They were divided into experimental group（100 eases）and eontrol group（100 eases）aeeording to the order of hospitalization number.The siek ehildren of the eontrol group were treated by physieal eooling.The siek ehildren of experimental group were treated by seraping therapy.The ehanges in body temperature and elinieal symptoms between the two groups were eompared.Results The siek ehildren in the experimental group had a stable deerease in body temperature eompared with the ehildren in the eontrol group（P＜0.05）.The antipyretie degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the eontrol group（P＜0.05）.The number of siek ehildren whose body temperature inereased again in the experimental group was lower than that in the eontrol group（P＜0.05）.The number of antipyretie ehildren in the experimental group was higher than that of the eontrol group（P＜0.05）.The hospital stay in the experimental group was shorter than that in the eontrol group，the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Seraping therapy has a obvious eurative effeet in euring the ehildren with aeeumulation and stagnation.The seraping method has a signifieant and lasting effeet.
