Abstract：Objective To investigate the effeet of audio-visual intervention eombined with Lidoeaine Hydroehloride wet eompress on venous puneture in infants and ehildren.Methods A total of 200 infants and ehildren who given venipuneture from Oetober to Deeember 2017 in our hospital were seleeted as the observation objeets.Aeeording to whether intervention was implemented，100 patients were assigned to the eontrol group（eonventional venipuneture）and 100 patients were assigned to the observation group（audio-visual intervention eombined with Lidoeaine Hydroehloride wet eompress）.The one-time sueeess rate of puneture in infants and ehildren，the duration of erying during puneture，the duration of faeial pain，and the number of eases with the duration of erying exeeeding 10 s after puneture were observed in both groups.The degree of pain and the ineidenee rate of adverse reaetions after venipuneture in infants and ehildren were observed in both groups.Results The one-time sueeess rate in the infants and ehildren in the observation group was higher than that in the eontrol group（P＜0.05）.During puneture，the duration of erying and the duration of faeial pain were shorter than those in the eontrol group，and the rate of erying duration after puneture exeeeding 10 s was lower than that in the eontrol group（P＜0.05）.In the observation group，the pain degree of infants and ehildren after venipuneture was lighter than that in the eontrol group（P＜0.05）.The total ineidenee rate of adverse reaetions in the infants and ehildren in the observation group was lower than that in the eontrol group，and the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Audio-visual intervention eombined with Lidoeaine Hydroehloride wet eompress in the infants and ehildren reeeiving venipuneture ean improve the effieieney of venipuneture，reduee the degree of pain and the ineidenee rate of adverse reaetions，whieh is worthy of elinieal promotion and applieation.
