Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Budesonide combined with Salbutamol Aerosol Inhalation in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD).Methods A total of 270 AECOPD patients collected in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the Budesonide monotherapy group,the Salbutamol monotherapy group and the combination group,which were called group A,B and C.The three groups were all given basic treatment.On the basis of basic treatment,patients in group A were given Budesonide suspension,group B was given Salbutamol Sulfate,group C was given Budesonide suspension and Salbutamol Sulfate.The clinical efficacy,6 min walking distance (6 MWD),dyspnea score and lung function were observed in the three groups,as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of group C was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of group A and B (P＜0.01).There was no significant difference in the total efficiency of group A and B (P＞0.05).Meanwhile,after treatment,the 6MWD scores,dyspnea scores and pulmonary function indexes of the three groups of A,B and C improved significantly(P＜0.01),and the improvement rate of group C was significantly higher than that of group A and B (P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and B(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the three groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of AECOPD,Budesonide combined with Salbutamol Aerosol Inhalation is better than that single drug inhalation.It has better clinical effect,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and lung function,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.It is worth promoting widely in clinic.
