Abstract:ObjectiveTo study and explore the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT in pulmonary ground-glass nodules in different pathological types. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016,a total of 100 patients with groundglass nodules in pulmonary alveoli displayed in pulmonary MSCT were retrospectively analyzed before surgery.According to pathological types, they were divided into pre-invasive lesion group (n=44),minimally invasive adenocarcinoma group(n=31)and invasive adenocarcinoma group(n=25).The indexes in each group were compared and analyzed. Results There were significant differences in size of focus,density,two-dimensional and three-dimensional ratio, edge burr shape and anterior vacuolus between infiltrative and microinvasive group (P<0.05).The density of lesions in the infiltrating adenocarcinoma group was lower than that in the pre-invasive lesion group, and the differences in the degree of lesions and size between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionAnalysis of MSCT imaging features of ground-glass nodules is of great importance for preoperative diagnosis and identification of micro-infiltrating adenocarcinoma, infiltrating adenocarcinoma and pre-invasive lung lesions.
