Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of low-flow Sevoflurane on the anesthesia in the patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods80 patients receiving laparoscopic surgery who were admitted to our hospital from January to November 2017 were selected in the study as the study subjects.According to random sampling method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with Remifentanil, and the observation group was anesthetized with low-flow Sevoflurane. The clinical indicators and adverse reactions after anesthesia were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe indicators of HR,SP,DP and SpO2at 10 min after pneumoperitoneum and during recovery in the patients receiving laparoscopic surgery in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time, extubation time and waking time in the observation group after laparoscopic surgery were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group after laparoscopic surgery(5.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionLow-flow Sevoflurane anesthesia for the patients receiving laparoscopic surgery has a significant effect, which significantly improves hemodynamic indicators, has a high anesthetic safety, and can be applied in laparoscopic anesthesia.
